Despite the well researched negative effects of deforestation, only 3% of the UK's land is considered properly protected for nature. 85% of ancient woodlands have no protection in place. 

In 2024 Christiaan will be developing his first solo show 'Treeeeee'. It's a physical comedy show that uses comedy to make audiences think differently and more deeply about the trees and forests that surround us, and the roles they play in our lives.
